mixed bag near the airport
dirty staff broken ac
location worked for a quick overnight before my flight so i suppose that was acceptable.
The service certainly missed the mark, especially with the ac not doing its job it wasnt working at all. i think the staff need a lesson in cleanliness. Their uniforms were something of a biohazard. plus, getting hot water was like winning the lottery, an every time not coming

spacious and convenient stay
quick train free pickup friendly staff
the hotel is very close to the airport, i used the train directly from the airport and it was quick and easy. the resort provided free pickup from the train station. the room had a great feel, it was super clean and cozy. all the staff were friendly and cute, i wished i could have stayed longer.
the hot water had an issue, even after informing the hotel and an engineer looking into it, the problem was not resolved, so my stay continued without hot water in the bathroom.

clean room calm facility friendly staff poor internet no reimbursement disgraceful attitude
the room was very spacious and clean the whole facility was calm and surprisingly quiet. the food in the restaurant had plenty of different choices and very fair prices. the staff was super friendly.
i asked to cancel the remaining days i did not receive a reimbursement for the canceled days. the internet was terrible.
